Hello Dude,
I am using NCP3063 IC for DC to DC converter,the problem is input voltage 3V and output voltage is 12V, ouput current is 1.5A,so it needs an external mosfet to drive more current from IC ,please suggest me a design on NCP3063 with mosfet

Have you tried the circuit on page 13 of the data sheet?

Hi Dude,
I am using NCP3063 as DC-DC boost converter

My requirement is

Input voltage=3V
Output voltage=12V
Output current=1.5A

In datasheet of NCP3063 (page 13) given a reference design of NCP3063 with external MOSFET Driver, i cant understand the selection of resistor values,MOSFET selection and transistor selection,So please anyone help me to rectify my issues
