Rechargeable LED Flashlight Help

Could anyone provide information on what parts I would need and how to assemble them to build a rechargeable LED flashlight? Thanks!

A switch, batttery +charging socket and the correct battery charger plus an led and resistor. Don't forget the batteries

I would like to build a flash light that plugs into an outlet and when the power goes out one of the lights (out of three) goes on. I would like the flash light to have about 600-800 lumens. I would like about 3 hours of battery on the max setting.
