Realistic STA-860

If I leave the unit on for a few minutes the sound fades out then it will only work again after hours later if you have it off, any help greatly appreciated. If I crank the sound to max it will pop and crack and you can JUST hear the sounds. I removed tr611 like a post recommended it did nothing different. I replaced it nothing again. I really like this unit sound is really good when it works.

I did what was in that post nothing changed at all.

No bad caps? as the other post suggested were plentiful.

I have not pulled any but they all look good. nothing bulged or cracked, nothing visibly wrong that i can find.
