I have a RCA model D61W20 that i got given to me to practice on working with. I'm a college student studying the field of electronics. The tv will act like its powering on but then it has a beeping nose from the back circuit board on the bottom. i cant really find out where its at on the board. all the fuses and caps look and test good. can anyone give me anything i should check to get this tv working?
