RCA ITC222 TL010 fails repeatedly

I have an ITC222 model 52DW20 which blows the horizontal output repeatedly. It will play for up to 3 hours, spark and blow. I have changed the flyback twice and hv splitter and checked the .0087 @ 2kv. I also noticed the width control doesn't work. I can't get the 22V on TL029, changed it along with the DL030 and DL032. Thanks in advance. Art
