RCA CTC 203 Haeter Filaments

I've been trying to discover where the control section for the the heater
filaments is. The filaments are not working. Any help would be appreciated.

It comes off the Flyback..

Check for bad solder connections near the LOPT, at the header connector
going to the CRT board, and on the CRT board itself. Pay attention to the
conections at the socket. Simple test is to remove the connector from the
CRT, measure the resistance across the filament pins at the socket. Should
measure low ohms. If it does then the connections back to the LOPT are
probably good.

Please check that CTC203 location L14401's glue is cleaned off; have
to unsolder and remove coil, clean off hot glue and clean out the two
holes that coil's leads goes through. Reinstall coil & solder
normally.
