I bought two portable consoles, one of them to play and the other stored reserve,
how do I preserve and preserve this one that is kept taking into account that it has the BP-5L battery,

3 sachets of silica gel absorbs ALL the days... forever, or until you open the sealed air-tight container. Encasing it in concrete and placing it in the deepest ocean trench, should help to deter you from opening it very often.

Keep in mind that Li-Ion batteries have a shelf life. There is nothing you can do to long term store them without degradation, BUT if you keep them at less than full charge, in a freezer, that will help. This part, I'm not kidding about. I cannot predict if the whole console, especially the screen, would survive the freezer.

Depends on the batteries. Carbon, alkaline, and NiCad batteries will leak over time and corrode the contacts and maybe even the PCBs. Not sure about the varieties of lithium batteries. Put the device in a two layers of ZipLock bags with silica gel packets. Leave the batteries out, or put it them in a separate bag.

Unless you place the entire box in an airtight enclosure, no amount of desiccant will absorb moisture for long. The idea is that you seal up the device and the desiccant removes any moisture present when it was sealed. Using an unsealed enclosure means you'll be wasting your time putting desiccant in there in the first place.

Also, batteries tend to de-gas, so sealing them up with equipment is generally a bad idea. Lipo is better in this regard (I believe) but everything has a lifetime. Keeping lipo batteries cool and part-charged will give you the longest life.

It seems like you are going about this all wrong.

How are you going to store mountains of silica gel long term? If you already have that ultra low humidity environment, just put everything in it, then you don't need the silica gel.

Close the plastic bag (after you pressed out as many air as you can) with tape.

plastic bags are all the same because I used ziplock with silica inside and moisture always entered slowly and the worst thing is that this moisture would remain trapped inside the bag after the silica saturated
