Now someone told me there was a George W involved in the thing if I used the
output to supply the bits.

Option 1) Call me a leftist.
Option 2) Tell me where the George W is.

Actually -- the portion that George W had been involved in would
work quite well. However, the envious competetors for the supply
would claim that a perfectly good working George W power supply
didn't work. However, with all measurements, the supply is perfect
(within reasonable specs.) However, the 'Chiraq' power supply
company (fully owned subsidiary of the Saddam Company and the
Western Leftist&Terror company) tells lies to the customers that the
George power supply doesn't work. Note that the Chiraq/Saddam/Leftist
power supply is a fake mock-up demo -- and they are still
waiting for their political science majors (errsatz engineers)
to figure out what a power supply is supposed to do. The
shareholders of the Chiraq/Saddam/Leftist power supply company
are also spreading dishonest rumors in the 'stock marketplace
of ideas.' Of course, it is understandable that those leftists
with no personal integrity or values are worried about their
survival -- physical truth and honesty aren't important to the
Chiraq&Co. If the Chiraq/Saddam/Leftist company doesn't win
the deal, then they'll contract with their Terror subsidiary.

be able to work out where the George W is. Not where you or he might think
he is but where he really is.

Not quite, this is a power supply feedback loop that involves a George W. If
you know where the George W is then you can take appropriate action and end
up with a perfectly good working power supply even though it's got a George
W in it.

Ideally you would want to get rid of the George W altogether by implementing
a different feedback configuration. Unfortunately that involves a bit of
extra thinking and some more money.

Actually, you haven't shown how George W is the problem. The ongoing
statements of complaint without ANY substance (and all of the substance
valid for complaint are dishonest) are the leftist disease.

Complaining about non-issues against GWB are the entirety of content
against GWB. In essense, the complaints (so far) result essentially
from vacuuous (or insane) intellect.

If VALID criticism of GWB would occur, then the idiots who rant
with hatred against GWB wouldn't seem to be the upleasant
combination of silly, hatefilled, disgusting.
