ps3 help, dog ate a wire!

I took my ps3 apart to fix the ylod problem, when putting it back together I noticed my dog had got a hold of one of the wires. The wire connects in the two spots shown in the picture.


Can anyone i.d. this wire so I may locate a new one?

Can you post the dimensions of the socket please? Also, where abouts are these parts in the PS3 - are they connecting 2 specific components?

Is it from the PSU to the mainboard like this cable?:
