PS3 controller pairing in Labview

Hey guys,

This question maybe a bit high level but it will not hurt to ask anyway.

I have been searching for a way to sync my PS3 controller to my computer in Labview which will then be compiled to a myRIO micro-controller.

I am using a Bluetooth USB stick and I have already found my phone using the discover function but my controller does not show up.

I have read that the controller somehow needs to be synced with a wire first, so I am completely stumped?

I was wondering if anyone has any relevant knowledge to help in my predicament, all of the threads on other sites are about gaming software and drivers which I have tried with some success but still cannot get the Bluetooth to work?

I have not really tried doing this since I don't own a PS3, but a quick search led me to the following link.

It seems like the drivers mentioned there have been tested with LabVIEW.

Hey, thanks for your reply.

I have played around with the drivers and it recognizes the controller and its inputs when it is wired to my computer.

The main problem I am having is syncing my controller to the Bluetooth USB stick.

I think I need to program the controller somehow, but I have no idea how to do that?

If that doesn't help, then I'm afraid I can't give you definitive answers, all I could do is Google, which you can too.
