propic2 xp help

The propic2 xp does not allow to program the pic 16f876. The old
propic2 gold let me program that PIC using the same .HEX file and the
same hardware (Propic2)
Any suggestion or correction ?

Is your software properly configured to use the appropiate ports? Just a
guess...
