Progressive CMOS or CCD board cameras

Cheap CCD or CMOS camera modules are everywhere now, but has anyone seen
ones that output progressive scan signal, rather than interlaced? Would be
a lot better for robotics projects I think. The only types I have seen seem
to be aimed at high end uses and are therefore ridiculously expensive.
