Problems with PCB layout

Depends on the S/W being used, I use and am familiar with the free Kicad and you can add components as you wish.
For the physical layout, you would also need to provide a footprint.

I've been thinking about changing the software I use recently, and after hearing you say that, I think Kicad is a good choice.
