Problems with op-amp input offset voltage

Hi,
I am facing the problems with offset voltage of the op amp. My op amp has to amplify the very weak signals of the order of 1 to 10mV. As the offset voltage of the LM324 is already 2 to 3mV, it is creating the problems in the output.
There is no offset pin also so that I can reduce the offset to zero.
What should I do in this case in order to reduce the offset?

You might want to look into chopper stabilised op-amps.
