We are not able to have the changer pick up the CD. The "arm" that spreads the CD's on either side of the one to play does not appear to drop down far enough to spread the CD's and then the "arm" to pick up the CD goes into a blank area where there is no CD. We had it working for awhile but then it stopped again. Not sure of what to do. There are no blank spaces on the carrosel, the CD's are loaded 1-135.
