Problem Uploading the sketch to arduino uno.

I wrote a sketch on arduino IDE and tried to upload to the board. Had following error while uploading

Tried google and the steps at different forums, nothing worked for me, also there is no clear cut solution, there is a mix of hit and try, If anyone could lead me in the right direction as to what is the problem occuring?

boot loader problem. you need to burn it back. https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoToBreadboard if not change IC and check arduino board.

Tried burning the bootloader this is the log. unsuccessful.

Try loading " blink" example and go from there.

do you have one more arduino? if ic is removable, then just replace IC from that and place it in to your problem causing board.

Ok i have ordered some spare ic with preloaded bootloader will check when it arrives.
