princeton monitor everything goes in top 1/4 of screen

Everthing goes in the top 1/4 screen of my Princeton Ultra 72e 17 inch
monitor about 5 years old.
If you slap the side, it will sometimes go back full screen.

Is this easy to fix? Any ideas?

Sounds like bad solder connections. Might be able to get some tech or other
to touch them up for you.
