Powering 50w amplifier board with batteries for float-able speakers.

Greetings!

I'm making a sort of waterproof boombox, if you will, with a 50w amplifier board, two 25w marine speakers and an indestructible dry box. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how I'm going to power it, though. The board takes an input of 14-19 volts DC at around 6A, what would you guys suggest as the best way of keeping it ticking along? I'm somewhat of a noob so I'm having a really humiliatingly hard time getting my head around how anyone powers things with batteries that don't have incredibly specific power requirements. From what I understand, around 15 Amp/Hrs will be sufficient to keep it going for a decent length of time before it dies.

Thanks very much in advance!

15AH will keep it going for about 2.5 hours, but you may not want to discharge the batteries all the way down.
