Power supply problem

Hi..i have zhaoxin 1501-A...i haven't V out put..i open power supply 2 years ago..but now i forgot 2n3055 B,C,E place on bord for solding..and 2 Resistor 2K and 5K..but can't finding this model circuit or schematic..can you help me if you know this model??
