The connector in your pics isn't the same as the one on the picture of the Weller.

What is the wiring for each pin? I had mine ripped out a while back and haven't been able to find the diagram. I have a 3 pin plug.. just not sure what color goes where..

Ok, on 3 pin locking plugs, as you look into the socket on the machine itself the earth (green?) wire goes to the right hand pin. This is assuming its laid out with the largest space between the pins at the bottom. The two other wires don't matter....either way round will work.
