plasma Panasonic ''P-Board'' ETXMM655MEH , Trying to investigate

i have a panasonic viera ( TH-50PX75U) dead since 2 month , This is for sure a power supply faillure because i have perfectly analysed the circumstances of the death ,

the tv sudend shut down , 10 blink Sos ( standby led) =no power '' all output voltages'' ,
Un/repluged it , hear the first relay cliked on , but it goes off ,ckik on immiadely then clik off .

Example :
ON ( 1sec)OFF(1/2sec)ON(1/4sec)OFF(1/8Sec)on(1/16Sec)Off ..... no more suffisent voltage to drive a relay.

After that , no more signs of life , no led , i have tested all troubleshoot guide and all results refer me at P-Board

i need help ,Fuses are Ok , thermals resistor on transfo are ok ,no traces of burn, what next ? mosfet? , im just not sure where begin ,

For sure , it have +/- 30 000 other persons in this situation . if it have succes .. not just me will be happy to rescue ther tv

if i put + on C then E ,E will be .000 then slowy up at .476
With + on B REturn Infinite Both C AnD E

With - on B return an infinite resistance on C. and .456 on E.
if i put + on C then E ,E will be .000 then slowy up at .456
With + on B REturn Infinite Both C AnD E

This one look Strange because any side i test it ill get infinite between base and collector ?? .
if anywone can confirms if my reading seem to be good
