Pin function of ic lm2907

hi all. i need some help about ic lm2907 which is frequency to voltage converter.
i had got datasheet of it. But there is no each pin funtion in it. So if any one know about it pls help me out. lm2907(14 pin ic)

what specifically dont you understand about what is in the datasheet ?

sir i have confusion in capacitor c1 value. Actu they mentioned we should use c1 greater than 500pf so wheather 0.1 and 0.01 microF is greater than 500pf ???
Am doing the circuit which is mentioned as "speed switch"(page 7).
my input frequecy is 65hz. and i should energize the load in 200ms.
so can u suggest me the RC value?? and C2(intergrating capaitor) value.

Both 0.1uF (100000pF) and 0.01 uF (10000 pF) are greater than 500pF (0.0005 uF)
