Philips PM-3323 DSO Scope dead - looking for manual/schematic

My PM-3323 is blowing mains fuses, something has shorted out in the
switch-mode PSU. Looking for any info, manual, schematics for the PSU
section at least to start troubleshooting. Any help much appreciated.
