philips g90b f4 fault

Hy everybody,

I've got a philips G90b chassis, wich gives F4 on the OSD. The failure
started with a black screen with a few colored lines on top. After
replacing a few bad cap's, I got snow on the sreen but no soun or picture.
replacing the micro didn't help either.

Now the OSD shows F4 and the st by led is blinking from green to red.

Please help
