Peltier problems (not cooling down)

Hello,
My axolotl aquarium heats up in the summer so I bought a peltier kit (2 peltiers ,heatsinks and fans the seller said it consume 120w 12v), a water block, a pump and a power supply (12v 120w). I received everything and I plugged everything in but after a few minutes my power supply exploded. I then calculated the consumption of my entire setup and it was around 150w so I bought a 12v 200w power supply .After installing everything it still does not cool but the fans are running the pump works ,one side of the peltier is heating: the heatsink is hot (I put thermal paste on both sides) is this because the psu is putting 200w in the whole system can ? Did i pluged it in wrong ? Did my peltiers died when my other psu exploded ? I hope you can help me, thank you for reading this (sorry if this is badly written I am French) setup images :

is this because the psu is putting 200w in the whole system
No. The PSU doesn't "put" power into the system. It is able to deliver up to 200 W of power. How much it actually delivers depends on the power the system draws from the PSU.
one side of the peltier is heating:
In that case the other side should be cooling, even without fans. Applying airflow via the fans to the hot heatsink will cool the heatsink and consequently cool the other side of the peltier even more.

Tanks, i have fans on the heatsink and the temperature of the heatsink is aroud 45 degrees.
Did the peltiers died when my power supply exploded, is it possible ? IMG_20220518_174018~1.jpg IMG_20220518_173912~1.jpg
