I have to communicate with an existing device, which uses some +5V PECL interfaces over a 150 Ohm twisted pair on 125MHz (the cable is < 10m, 30feet).
The device is transformer-coupled and contains a transmit filter + equalizer.
I've thought I could use TB5T1 for interfacing my FPGA with the cable and the device with direct coupling at my side (the transformer remains at the other side as I can't modify the device), for TX and RX too.
I'm not too experienced with analog thing, please share your thoughts about this construction.
