Peavey XR886 Amp no output from Mic inputs

I hope this is the right place to post this. I replaced the Dual Quad RCA connector for the Tape Input and output on My Peavey XR886 PA amplifier when I closed the amp back up no sound from mic inputs. If anyone knows of any common probabilities for my problem please reply.

well since you have opened it up, the highest probability is that you have dislodged a connector/patch lead between circuit boards or similar
This assumes that it was working OK before you opened it ?

So open it up again and check EVERY connection/cable and see if you can find one that has either partly or fully fallen out
