I am trying to identify this component. It seems to be a diode, but no idea what type. The IV curve indicates it to be a simple diode, but I suspect it might be a high volt zener (ca. 24V, I can't get that high in my tester) , or perhaps a TVS.
From the picture it seems to be an ON semiconductor (now onsemi) component. I have been checking everywhere, but no success.
The complete part number appears to be pE39 BKJL.
