PCBWeb Generic Library

Does anybody know why Generic Parts are not available anymore? And why?
I am using Ver 3.0.49.0 and been not designing for a while so I do not know when this happened. I just have to make some changes to an older schematic and noticed that the whole Generic Parts library is empty showing 0 parts in it.
I checked their "forgotten" blog, but no mention of any change there.
No, there is no forum and most of the time they don't bother replying to emails.
