am finding that this company seems somewhat obfuscationist in it's
approach to customers. Ordered something (and confirmed) on the 8/12
and am still waiting delivery from Brisbane to Sydney. An enquiry
email to them last Friday was ignored and felt that my discussion with
"Kylie", today, was a flick pass.
I would suggest that one should be careful with this mob.

I remember finding something cheap on their website a year or so ago but
no street address - no business.

Good Service

I bought Jabra headsets off this company in 2007, since then I have been back for Printers, Toner Refills, Monitors, and all sorts of things. They have always replied to my emails and i found Barbara in the office very friendly and helpful... Their phone number is at the top of the website and except for the annoying way the phone answers, I always get through and talk to someone. I would recommend, and DO recommend them to anyone who asks.
