PC PSU clicking noise

I got PSU Coolermaster 700w. I made clicking noise. Here is the video!

Do you know why? And what it is. I have checked all connections and all values are right. Ideas? I receive it yesterday as used from ebay! All capacitors looks OK!

sounds to me like one of the caps

Have you asked the seller about it?
Googled the problem?

nothing in google... usually peoples says that it`s fan, but it`s not... try to change big cap?

Would not the clicking be the crow-bar circuit? although what might be causing it to kick in is beyond me.

Turn the lights off and look at the board, you might have some arching/sparking going on somewhere.

I seem to recall that some switched mode power supplies are not at all happy if they are not driving a load; still true?
