Panasonic SA-PT670 no power

i have a SA-PT670 that will not power up. When you hit the power button the relay will cycle and nothing will happen. Hit the power bottom again and same thing. I then have to recycle power to the unit and it will allow power to cycle the relay again. I have confirmed both fuses to be good as far as I know. And I think all the common diodes are good. I’m looking for a good power schematic/diagram for this unit. Any help would be very appreciated!

Thanks
Kyle

I just see the 8A / 125V main, incoming AC power line fuse, where did you find the second fuse ?

From what I was searching I found F2 on my board next to RY5701. It is for sure not a type of fuse I’m use to.

It appears that a PT770 is very similar to the PT670.
