Panasonic Earbud Repair

Recently the left earbud on my pair of Panasonic In-ears snapped and I'm trying to figure out how to solder the wires back together, but I can't figure out how. There are red and gold ones. If I fit it in a certain position, I can get it to work, but I can't see exactly how it's working. Please help!

I've posted on this topic somewhere before, either on this forum or another. If you Google "litz+KJ6EAD+headphone", you should find some relevant information. Do you have good soldering skills and adequate equipment?
