Palm TX Malfunction / Boot Failure - ADVISE PL

This PALM TX is in a loop and does'nt boot, Any Ideas whats wrong with it and how to fix it?

Did it get dropped, got wet, etc. ?

Check net forums or docs for a deep-diags-mode that can check the ram/rom/cpu, etc.

If it's a phone, try removing the sim card.

If you can get it to boot up properly, loading it with the latest firmware might be a good place to start.

This was never dropped or wet, One guy told me that its memory has malfunctioned.

What did Diags Mode reveal? Did it pass?

It never Did.Same thing in a loop.
