Pager Setup - Paradox Security

Does anyone know how to setup a Paradox system to deliver alarm codes to a
Bell Mobility or Fido Cellphone...
I can get it to work on a pager no problem...but I cannot get it to go to
the cellphone...The cellphone rings but it does not send a text message with
the Alarm codes...

No Paradox control has the ability to send text messages......
