Ordering from Polykom?

Just wondering if anyone here gets components from them? If so do they have
minimum quantity or cost per order?

I want to get a few components in small quantities, noticed in the listings
some of the components have a "pack size" of 500 or so yet a practically
identical item might have a pack size of 1, and is this the minimum order
quantity? I dont really want to order one of something that costs $10 and
find out that 1 meant a pack of 500 and my credit card has been charged
$5000. Their prices are so low for so many things there must be a catch
somewhere along the line, but cant find any info on the website to state
minimums etc.

OK...that explains that...thankyou. Kind of amazing how they can stock
levels below the pack quantity for some items then. Just wish it was more
clear as to what products can and cant be split from a full pack. The scary
thing is that any product can be added to the shopping cart in low
quantities and the final checkout cost is equal to those added rather than
the actual cost that could be a LOT higher for minimum quantity lines.

Hi,

I was getting some stuff from them.
They have minimal order quantity of $50. Some parts may have MOQ as well due
to the packaging. For examle, you have to buy SMT resistors in a reel of
5000pc.

Just call them and discuss your needs -- I found them to be pretty helpful.
