I have the above alarm system and it went off randomly and is now showing a code A
I can not find any details explaining what this means and I am unable to reset it.
Could anyone offer any assistance please

Sure it's an 'A' and not an '8' (with the lower LED 'bar' missing)? Can you get the display to show any other numbers to confirm the bottom segment of the display works? These would be 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 0.

Yes it could possibly be the numeric 8 but I am unable to get the keypad to do anything so any help is greatly appreciated
