You lost something in your vertical circuit. I am taking this is a CRT tv. I know nothing of this tv but they all worked the same.
This could be a capacitor is bad in the drive circuit, or a transistor.
If you have a schematic on the TV, it will show your vertical circuit. Chances are its just a cap or two. More then likely it will look just fine, Don't worry with the small ones like 1mf, look at one that is 47mf or higher. Electrolytic caps.
