On circuit protection fuse ps801 - (sony kvm1410u)

I've recently located a fault and repaired with a stop gap
measure. Can anyone tell me the details of the part ps801
as mentioned in the title.

I'd like to replace it with the appropriate part, rather than
the bit of wire I now have in its place. Information of
volts and amp for this fuse would be welcomed.
