Old rca trouble

I'm working on a rca t-100 1950 b&w tv
I have replaced all electrolytic and paper caps
Checked all tubes and replaced one's that were bad
Tubes & picture tube filament ok
Picture tube is good with good emission
Checked chassis mounted resistor(good results)

Problem, no picture or sound
Stumped, please help

How far have you traveled down this path, with final concern, of all of its voltage supplies being there and correct ?

By no picture or sound, do you mean the set is 'dead', or that you're just not receiving a signal?
Do you have a raster on the screen, with associated 'noise'?
You do realize no TV stations in the US transmit the old analog signals your set was designed for, don't you?
All the TV signals are all digital now, and the tuner on your TV will no longer 'see' them.
If your set is actually 'dead' (black screen with no audio at all), you've still got (at least) a power supply problem you'll have to fix first.

To get the newly formatted tv signals to show on an analog tv, you must have a digital to analog converter, (about $50). That converter will convert the digital to an RF carrier modulated with an NTSC video signal no longer being transmitted. An old vhs vcr may be used also.
