NOTEBOOK OR IPOD FOR JUST $40 !! read this info

J

This is your chance to get a notebook, Ipod or similar product for
free. This is not a scam. You only pay $40. It sound crazy but its
true.
I did'nt believe it in the first place but after a close look at the
site I was convinced.

The only thing you have to do, is to buy a small pen which of course
isn't worth $40 bugs. It's the gift you get together with this
purchase. You are not going to be disapointed.

This is not a pyramide scheme!! but a legal way to get hold of
computers and other tech stuff for almost nothing. There have been
commercials on CNN and other networks. So I guess that it is serious
business.

Go have a look. You can use this link to see for yourself:

This is not a pyramide scheme!!

There's a few choices,

Either its an infinitely long line scheme, which is worse than a pyramid
scheme,
or its a pyramid scheme,

OR, the company makes a profit, which means (Pen + average cost of gift )
< $40.

And there's no contract on the gift. The gift can be .. a 2nd rainbow pen.
The gift can be a 2nd hand ipod thats been run over a by a truck.
The gift can be a ex-warranty type laptop.
The $200 can be $200 in monopoly money. The statement of what the gift is is
ambiguous, and because its defined as a gift there's going to be little
recourse to the law - how could a court demand that a gift be what the
gift giver might once have implied it might be ???

" You will be purchasing a Rainbow Pen and NOT a place on the list. Your
free gift is our way of saying thank you for your purchase of the Rainbow
Pen. "

The faq tells me it is an infinitely long scheme, with the only way to avoid
it being infinitely long is to make it a PYRAMID scheme. Which of course
makes its a pyramid scheme. but also it maybe a pyramid scheme that doesnt
even pay the top of the pyramid people.
