Not-reversible fan motor ?

These common fans spin direction is not reversible, or are they ?

Yes, they can be flipped. But when permanently mounted in a ceiling duct, it is too much to ask.
What is the proper name for these type of motors ?

If no capacitor, then they most likely are (typically) shaded pole motors, if so, the only way to reverse is to swap the rotor 180deg if possible.
Although the apparent pole count, appears to put it in a different category, ECM?
