Noob question: how to use a charge indicator

Sorry! Noon question here.

Couldn't find an answer online or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough!

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0...+indicator&dpPl=1&dpID=41M9VdFtC0L&ref=plSrch

Hopefully purchasing that product but how does one connect a battery into it? I fear my lipo battery is damaged and is not charging. When I search or look at photos people just plug into it, but I just had a positive and ground from the battery! Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Cheers.

Check out this youtube video:
He shows how to test single cell LiPos. However, according to the video, you need at least two batteries for it to work. Take a look. He also shows how to test a single battery with a multimeter.

i suspect the battery is broken due to to much use as doesnt seem to charge but from what a hear and see, a lot of people can repair the battery using these if you are careful,

thanks for the responce,
