Newbie Needs Help Identifying an Electronic Component

Hey All...
Please have a look at what I believe to be a Potentiometer...but I'm not sure.
All I know is that the entire circuit board is an Aux Input to my 2007 Ford F250 Factory Stereo.
The component in the photos is suppose to control the DB input.
I would love to know what it is and where I can source another!
Any constructive help will be appreciated.

yes, it is a stereo pot

try Farnell, Digi-key, Mouser ..... 3 signif component suppliers

Do you know if there's any way to tell the Power Rating or the Nominal Total Resistance based on the markings?

not sure, 203 may equal 20k Ohms
