D1 is connected to nothing should this be connected to RAW? Why do you have the second voltage regulator? Does the Arduino not output 5 Volts on Vcc? Neaten up the wire from pin 13 going across the Arduino. All your circuit shows is a load of connections so yes it looks ok. But if you want us to check the whole design you will have to add the motor control circuitry to your diagram.
