Need with homemade inverter with tl494

I am new here. I made inverter 12 v to 220vdc with tl494 but when i connected a load (resistor)with 260 ohm to output side ,output voltage dropped down from 300 v to 100v
Please help me
I need 300 vdc without load and with load
Ic : tl494
Operation pull -push
Frequency 33 khz
Transformer EI33A-191 JX
Output voltage with capacitor :300vdc
Output capacitor:400 v 47uF
Output diode bridge :4 diodes HER305
Transformer turns primary:3 turns secondary:33 turns
I can't load picture(circiut) because of larger file than 1 mb

reformat it's physical and kb size to suit the forum ... use jpg or gif file format

without it, it's pretty difficult to know what you may or may not have done wrong
 
The dodes look to be correct.
There is no information on the fets.
100V into 260Ω is about 400mA. Whic needs 4.4A input. Will the fets do this?
Does the capacitor have a low ESR?
Does the supply have a low impedance, try up to 0.1F close to the transformer.

You could measure the voltage across the primary of the transformer, a meter should work reasonably well on 33kHz.
Is the TL494 poviding a dead zone between each fet turning on?

20A at 300V is 6000W (!). The circuit might have a good efficiency of 80% so the low voltage side must produce 7500W (!).Then the poor little Mosfets must conduct 7500W/12V= 625A (!). Impossible.

Even an output of only 3A at 300V (900W) might be impossible for that simple circuit because the low voltage parts must produce 1120W with a current in the Mosfets of 1120W/12V= 93.3A and the transformer must also be able to handle this very high current.

6000W is a lot of power. What is the size of the neighbourhood that uses all that power?

Output current is caused by the resistance of the load. Lower resistance causes higher current.
Output voltage drop occurs when the circuit is so simple that it is missing negative feedback and is caused by the resistance of the wiring, Mosfets, transformer and battery.
If I needed an inverter I would simply buy one, not design and make one.

Your inverter transformer is a step up one. If I've understood you correctly, you will use a 12v 60Ah battery to supply it so as to generate 220V which you are then going to use to power a battery charger for charging a 12V battery? What's the point? :confused::rolleyes:. If this is an over-unity attempt it ain't gonna work.

let alone build a high power inverter

@Aplicant, if you really need a high power inverter, buy one
