2. Except for Read Only and R/W, RAM and ROM are they same ?

As much as the manufacturer puts in - from about 1024 bit to up to (if
I am not mistaken) 1 Mbyte or even more (increases every half year or
so)

As far as the capability to store binary data is concerned - yes.
Internally - no. And there are several different types of ROM and RAM
available
