I am wondering if anybody knows of any power source(s) that produces or
contains LOW VOLTAGE and HIGH AMPERES?
you need to give more specifics.
a computer power supply might do the job.

What voltage and what current? Some of the newest processors require
0.9V at up to 100A (that's not a typo).
Most of these are commercially available on sticks, but you need to be
precise about the requirements (and efficiency concerns, too).

One approach I've read about is to take the power transformer
from a microwave oven, saw off the secondary winding, and
wind on several turns of heavy-gage wire instead. People
use this to build welders; Google on microwave + welder
for more info.
