Need schematic for Tenma 72-585 signal generator

Got it for cheap on ebay but oscillator is dead....no rf. I have googled it, but i could only find the operating manual for a bk2005b. It operates and appears to be the same, but there could be circuit differences. Thanks!

Do a google for "schematic diagram for LSG-16 signal generator" and the first match at the top is the owners manual and schematic. Supposedly they're identical.

Page 9 shows a schematic.
There are however no details on the coils.

On power up, does the LED pilot light on the unit illuminate ? ( Suspicioning that D3 15V zener regulator possibly might be dead shorted.)

If it does so, then with the unit in the #2 function mode, is there being a fixed frequency audio output from the unit, down at the C14 neg output leads connector ? ( Confirming that Q4 transistor is gettting DC power and then oscillating within the audio spectrum. )

Staying in the #2 function mode, what are the voltage values present on the C-B and E's of Q2 and Q3 transistors ?
