Need MagicGraph 128XD (NM2160B) Data

Does anyone have or know where I can get application and technical data on
the Neomagic Chip MagicGraph 128XD part no. NM2160B ? I would at least
like the pinout. It is the graphics chip in my laptop, and it seems to be
failing when it warms up (writing colored blocks all over the screen). This
chip and one component seem to be causing the problem (cooling them improves
the display), but I would like to be sure the signals on the pins are in
spec before I decide to junk the laptop.

Maybe that one component is bad, causing the NM2160 to overheat, which then
responds to being cooled down?

I don't think having the datasheets will help you, unless you intend to
actually replace that chip. If you're going to junk the laptop because the
display is bad, and you have no intention of fixing it no matter what you
discover, then you might as well spare the effort and chuck it in the trash
bin.

Though if it's an Acer Extensa 710T, I'd buy it from you for $50 for parts.

Actually, if I was going to replace the chip, I wouldn't need the data
sheet. It is possible that another component is causing the graphics chip to
fail. If I know what the pins are supposed to have on them, I might see
with a scope or logic analyzer that one has an incorrect signal.

If I can't get the chip data, I think I'll look into a thermoelectric cooler
for it. If that won't work, I'll canabalize it.
